Refund policy

This policy covers fees paid for Clouddatamesh learning seats. Payments are arranged offline; this website does not process checkout.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed, paid enrollments for Field Ledger, Evidence Desk, or Assurance Circle packages. Complimentary or scholarship seats are not refundable for cash value.

Timeframe

Request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment and before you access more than one graded lab or live clinic. After that window, only partial refunds described below may apply.

Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when: (1) you cancel within fourteen days of payment, (2) you have not attended a live clinic, and (3) you have not downloaded more than the orientation pack. If Clouddatamesh cancels a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer date within ninety days, you receive a full refund.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the first clinic but before the midpoint of an Evidence Desk cohort, we may refund fifty percent of the seat fee, less any non-refundable items. Withdrawals after the midpoint are not eligible for partial refunds except where required by law.

Non-refundable items

Third-party software licenses, travel booked by your firm, custom lab development already delivered for Assurance Circle, and completed one-off workshops are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@clouddatamesh.digital with subject “Refund request,” your full name, enrollment email, cohort or invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for identity verification.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. Currency conversion differences are outside our control.

Cancellations by Clouddatamesh

We may reschedule clinics for instructor illness or force majeure. You may transfer to the next available cohort at no charge or request a full refund if no suitable date appears within ninety days.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections in Taiwan(China) prevail where they grant broader rights than this policy. Chargebacks should be a last resort; contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
